We're kicking off the month by polling our baker community about their favorite things, funniest fails, and proudest bakes!

4/20-28 | Application review and callbacks
The Hotplate team reviews 125+ submissions! There’s a mix of familiar and new faces across a range of product specialties and years of experience. We have the very difficult but exciting task of narrowing down the list to fit into 4 weeks of features.
Oryan has a week of back-to-back calls! She meets 1:1 with bakers to learn more about their background, how they run their businesses, what their goals are, and how they might like to be featured during the month.

4/17 | Community invite
MicroBakery May kicks off in the Hotplate Community. Bakers are invited to fill out a short form to enter to be featured. Submissions start rolling in right away!
